We provide several UPS shipping options in the check-out process. For small items, U.S. Postal Service shipping options are also available. Select the option that best suits you. We use USPS for PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
Shipping is expensive but we strive for customer satisfaction by subsidizing all or most of the cost of shipping.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange, refund or credit within 30 days. The luminaries must be returned unused and in perfect resaleable condition. We also offer a 10-Year Luminary Warranty for manufacturing defects and flaws.
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. We also except PayPal, cashiers checks and ACH/wire transfer payments.
Sales tax must be included for orders shipped to Kansas addresses. (If your organization is located in Kansas and is tax exempt, please include your tax ID number in the "Special Instructions" section of the Shopping Cart.)
Prior to returning any merchandise, you must receive a return authorization number from FLIC Customer Service (call 1-888-550-3542). All merchandise must be returned PREPAID within 30 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee.
Before signing for the package with the carrier, please inspect the carton for any external signs of damage. If there is visible damage to the carton note the damage on the waybill before signing. This will expedite your filing of a damaged freight claim and subsequent payment of damages.
