Are our luminarias unique?

Yes. FLIC luminaries are the highest quality luminary offered on the market today. Our patented luminarias are sturdy, weather-resistant polymer plastic boxes (simulating the look of a distinctive bag), and hold up for long-term use outdoors. Our luminarias are 1/8" thick polyethylene plastic and weigh about 1/2 lb each! Most luminarias sold today are built only for a single-use (use them once and throw them away). Unfortunately, they often do not even last a short period if bad weather is involved. Our luminarias hold up in any weather conditions and have even survived hurricanes and tornadoes. Because of our well-build and design our luminarias always maintain a very polished, stylish and timeless look.

What is the size dimensions of your luminarias?

Each luminary is 9-inches tall, 6-inches wide and 4-inches deep.

Are our luminarias easy to assemble?

Yes. Our luminarias require NO ASSEMBLY except when using our string lights and require just a small bit of assembly; placing the light strings through the bottom and sockets up inside the provided hole, then screw in the light bulbs. Our luminarias with candles only require you place the candles in our candle holders then put inside our luminarias on their pedestals. LED candles are even simpler, just place the LED candles inside our luminarias on their pedestals.

Are our luminarias guaranteed?

Yes. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange, refund or credit within 30 days. The luminarias must be returned unused and in perfect saleable condition. We also offer a 10-Year Luminary Warranty for manufacturing defects and flaws.

Worth noting: our luminarias are made of 1/4" thick polyethylene material making it the most-durable luminaries in the industry today! Our luminarias have withstood hurricanes and tornadoes!  Our competitors luminarias are only 1/32" or 1/64" thick.  For a proper comparison, visit compareluminaries.com.

How do I return items?

Prior to returning any merchandise, you must receive a return authorization number from FLIC Customer Service (call 1-888-550-3542). All merchandise must be returned PREPAID within 30 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.

How can I pay for my luminarias?

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. We also except personal and cashiers checks and ACH/wire transfer payments.

Does FLIC Luminaries offer a wholesale program?

Yes. Qualified business and organizations must register with us before receiving their status as a Qualifed FLIC Luminary Wholesaler.
