Thank you for purchasing FLIC Luminary products.  We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem where applicable.  We offer you a 30-day, money back policy for whatever reason (minus original shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee).

This 30-day money back guarantee ("Guarantee") is provided by FLIC Luminaries, LLC ("FLIC"), 719 N. Brookfield Street, Wichita, Kansas 67206; phone 888-550-3542.

This guarantee is applicable if:

You are a consumer or wholesale purchaser of FLIC, and your return items are in new, unused and in perfect resaleable condition.  Product defects are covered in our 5-year Limited Warranty.

How to return items:

Before returning an item (or items) to us, please contact us to acquire a trackable return authentication number.  Include this number with the returned merchandise.

What merchandise qualifies:

All merchandise purchased from FLIC qualifies under this satisfaction guarantee.  It is possible to return all or part of your received order, as long as the merchandise is new, unused and in perfect resaleable condition.

Costs that you will be responsible for:

You will be responsible for the costs to return ship your items and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee to cover the original and subsequent handling and restocking costs.

EXCLUSIONS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS:

This guarantee does not apply and FLIC has no responsibility for: (1) freight damage or theft; (2) abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal use and storage of the product; (3) repairs, including replacement parts, not provided by FLIC; and (4) product that has been used before returning.

All freight damage or theft will become the sole liability of the shipping carrier to remedy all situations of loss.

THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, CLIMATICAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OF REVENUES/PROFITS, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT OR LOSS ATTRIBUTABLE TO BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY MADE HEREIN.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages may not apply to you.

This 100% satisfaction guarantee extends for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Disputes:

Buyer and FLIC specifically agree that any controversy or claim arising out of this guarantee shall be settled by arbitration in the State of Kansas (as exclusive venue) administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Claims Procedure:

If the product fails, please notify FLIC Luminaries, LLC, 719 N. Brookfield Street, Wichita, Kansas 67206; phone 888-550-3542 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST). Notification must be made within thirty (30) days of the discovery of the product failure. Upon receipt of such notification, FLIC will investigate the nature of the problem and perform its obligations as required herein.
