These Official Contest Rules govern the SHOW US YOUR FLICs! 2026 Photo & Video Contest (the “Contest”), sponsored by FLIC Luminaries (“FLIC” or “Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to these Official Contest Rules.

1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest is open for entries and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 1, 2026. Entries received after the deadline are not eligible.

Winners are expected to be announced on or about December 3, 2026, subject to verification and these Official Contest Rules.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of FLIC Luminaries and individuals directly involved in administering or judging the Contest are not eligible to win.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants do not need to own the FLIC Luminaries appearing in a submission, provided the entrant has the rights and permissions required by these Official Contest Rules.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Enter through the official Contest entry form at flicluminaries.com/pages/show-us-your-flics.

Entrants may submit photos, videos, or both. Up to 5 files may be uploaded at one time. Each individual photo or video is considered a separate entry.

Multiple entries are permitted, and entrants may enter as often as they wish during the Contest period. There is no advantage merely from submitting a greater number of entries; each entry will be considered on its own merits.

There are two Contest categories: Photo and Video.

5. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Each submission must feature or relate to actual FLIC Luminaries in a real display or setting and must satisfy the following requirements:

• The entrant must have created the submitted photo or video or otherwise own or control all rights necessary to submit it.
• The entrant does not have to own the FLIC Luminaries or display being photographed or recorded.
• The entrant must obtain any permissions or releases reasonably necessary for identifiable people, private property, music, artwork, or other third-party material appearing in the submission.
• If an identifiable minor appears in a submission, the entrant must have permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian.
• The submission must not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or entity.
• The submission must not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate material.

FLIC may request an original or higher-resolution file or reasonable proof of ownership, permission, or eligibility. Entrants should retain their original files.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

AI-generated entries are not permitted. Entries must depict real FLIC Luminaries and real displays photographed or recorded by the entrant.

Normal photographic and video editing is permitted, including reasonable adjustments such as cropping, exposure, brightness, contrast, color, stabilization, sound adjustment, and similar conventional editing. Artificially generated scenes, backgrounds, people, objects, FLIC Luminaries, or significant AI-generated additions, removals, or replacements are not permitted.

FLIC may disqualify a submission if it reasonably determines that the entry materially relies on AI-generated imagery or other artificial content inconsistent with this rule.

7. JUDGING

Eligible entries will be evaluated by FLIC Luminaries and/or judges selected by FLIC. Judging may consider factors including:

• Beauty and visual appeal
• Creativity and originality
• Composition and presentation
• Use and presentation of FLIC Luminaries
• Photo or video quality
• Overall visual impact
• The spirit of the SHOW US YOUR FLICs! Contest

Style points matter! These factors are guides rather than a mathematical scoring formula, and no particular factor is assigned a predetermined percentage or weight.

Winners are selected based on the judging criteria described above and not by random drawing or chance.

FLIC's judging decisions are final with respect to the Contest, subject to applicable law.

8. PRIZES

PHOTO GRAND PRIZE: Two complete 12-packs of FLIC Luminaries (24 total), with the winner's choice of available lighting option, plus stakes. Approximate retail value varies by selection and will not exceed $240.

VIDEO GRAND PRIZE: Two complete 12-packs of FLIC Luminaries (24 total), with the winner's choice of available lighting option, plus stakes. Approximate retail value varies by selection and will not exceed $240.

PHOTO RUNNERS-UP: Five Photo runners-up will each receive a $50 FLIC voucher.

VIDEO RUNNERS-UP: Five Video runners-up will each receive a $50 FLIC voucher.

A total of 12 prizes are planned: two Grand Prizes and ten runner-up prizes.

9. ONE PRIZE PER PERSON

An individual may receive only one prize in the Contest.

If an entrant would otherwise qualify for more than one prize, the entrant will receive the highest-level prize for which they qualify and another eligible entrant may be selected for the remaining prize. If an entrant qualifies for equal-level prizes in both the Photo and Video categories, FLIC may determine which category prize is awarded to that entrant and select another eligible entrant for the other category.

10. GRAND PRIZE SHIPPING, SALES TAX & INCOME TAX

FLIC Luminaries will pay standard shipping on all Grand Prizes and will also cover applicable Kansas sales tax for Grand Prizes delivered to Kansas winners. FLIC does not collect sales tax on Grand Prizes shipped to winners outside Kansas.

Grand Prize winners will not be required to make any payment to FLIC Luminaries to receive their prizes.

FLIC Luminaries will not deduct or collect income taxes from prizes. Any income-tax obligation resulting from winning a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Grand Prizes have no cash tradeout value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. If a selected lighting option or other prize component becomes unavailable, FLIC may substitute a reasonably comparable product or option.

11. RUNNER-UP VOUCHERS

Each runner-up voucher has a value of $50 and may be applied toward the purchase of FLIC products totaling $50 or more.

Runner-up vouchers expire one year from the date of issuance, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Shipping and any applicable sales tax associated with an order using a runner-up voucher are the recipient's responsibility.

12. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

Potential winners will be contacted using the information supplied with their entry. A potential winner must respond within 7 calendar days after notification and provide any information reasonably requested by FLIC to confirm identity, eligibility, ownership or rights in the submission, and compliance with these Official Contest Rules.

If a potential winner does not respond within the required period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to satisfy these Official Contest Rules, FLIC may select an alternate eligible winner.

13. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES & FLIC'S RIGHT TO USE THEM

Entrants retain copyright ownership of their submissions.

By entering, each entrant grants FLIC Luminaries a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, transmit, edit, crop, resize, adapt, modify, and create derivative works from the submitted material, and to incorporate all or portions of it into other works, photographs, videos, compilations, advertising, websites, social media, promotional materials, and other media in connection with FLIC Luminaries, its products and services, and the SHOW US YOUR FLICs! Contest, without further permission or compensation.

By submitting an entry, the entrant represents and warrants that the entrant has the rights and permissions necessary to grant this license and that FLIC's authorized use of the submission under these Official Contest Rules will not violate the rights of another person or entity.

FLIC may provide reasonable creator credit when practical, but credit is not guaranteed.

Submission of an entry does not restrict FLIC from using material that is similar to an entry if that material was independently created, independently obtained, previously known to FLIC, or otherwise lawfully available to FLIC.

14. SHOW US YOUR FLICs! VIDEO & OTHER FEATURES

FLIC intends to create a 2026 SHOW US YOUR FLICs! video celebrating FLIC displays and may feature selected Contest submissions in that video and in other promotional materials. Submission of an entry does not guarantee that the entry will appear in the video or any other FLIC publication.

Being featured in a FLIC video, website, social-media post, advertisement, or other material does not necessarily mean that the entrant has won a Contest prize.

15. PRIVACY & MARKETING

Information submitted through the Contest form will be used to administer the Contest, communicate with entrants, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, and for other purposes reasonably related to the Contest.

Agreeing to receive promotional or marketing communications from FLIC is optional and is not required to enter or win. Marketing consent does not affect judging or an entrant's chances of winning.

16. DISQUALIFICATION & CONTEST ADMINISTRATION

FLIC may disqualify an entry or entrant that violates these Official Contest Rules, provides false or misleading information, interferes with the operation of the Contest, attempts to manipulate the judging or entry process, infringes another person's rights, or otherwise acts in a manner inconsistent with the fair administration of the Contest.

FLIC reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to interpret these Official Contest Rules and to make reasonable decisions necessary to administer the Contest fairly.

If technical failures, fraud, unauthorized intervention, natural events, or circumstances beyond FLIC's reasonable control materially affect the integrity or operation of the Contest, FLIC may modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

17. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, by entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless FLIC Luminaries and its owners, employees, representatives, agents, and Contest judges from claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest, creation or submission of an entry, acceptance or use of a prize, or FLIC's authorized use of a submission under these Official Contest Rules, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

FLIC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or technically unsuccessful submissions; failures of websites, networks, devices, storage systems, or internet services; or other technical problems beyond FLIC's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Contest Rules excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Prizes are non-transferable except at FLIC's discretion. No cash substitution or cash tradeout is available. FLIC may make reasonable prize substitutions when necessary because of product availability, provided the substituted prize is of reasonably comparable value.

If any provision of these Official Contest Rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The Contest is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
